As an Import Customs Specialist, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of customs clearance, from initial documentation to final release. You will work with a variety of stakeholders, including freight forwarders, suppliers, and clients, to ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations. This role offers a dynamic and challenging environment where you can apply your knowledge of customs procedures, trade laws, and supply chain management to support our clients' international trade activities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end customs clearance processes for international shipments, ensuring compliance with local and international trade regulations.
• Prepare and submit accurate customs documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, suppliers, and clients to resolve customs-related issues and ensure timely clearance.
• Leverage knowledge of trade compliance and logistics to optimize customs processes and reduce delays.
• Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and trade laws to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on customs procedures and trade compliance.
• Analyze customs data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure seamless integration of customs clearance with overall supply chain operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customs clearance and trade compliance, preferably in the logistics industry.
• Proficient in using customs clearance software such as SAP Customs, DHL Trade, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, including the Harmonized System (HS) codes and trade agreements such as the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in customs brokerage or trade compliance is a plus.
• Fluency in English, with knowledge of local languages such as Indonesian or Balinese is a strong advantage.
