📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
• Manage and maintain existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and present proposals and presentations to potential and existing clients.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advertising technologies and tools, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the advertising or digital marketing industry.
• Strong understanding of the advertising industry and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
