As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily activities of our fleet, ensuring that all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards and that our drivers are trained and supported to deliver exceptional service. You will work closely with our operations team, drivers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure that our distribution networks are running smoothly and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver assignments.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries, and monitor performance using GPS tracking and fleet management software like SAP.
• Develop and implement route optimization strategies to minimize delivery times and fuel consumption.
• Manage and maintain relationships with third-party logistics providers, ensuring seamless integration with our distribution networks.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
• Provide training and support to drivers to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that our distribution networks are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement innovative solutions to improve our fleet operations and distribution networks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role in the logistics industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing fleet operations.
• Strong understanding of GPS tracking, fleet management software, and route optimization tools like SAP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with drivers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards governing fleet operations and road safety.
• Certification in fleet management or a related field is a plus.
