📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide immediate medical care and first aid to employees.
• Conduct regular health assessments, including blood pressure checks, vision tests, and other relevant screenings.
• Manage and document medical records and health data.
• Promote health and safety initiatives, including workplace wellness programs and emergency preparedness.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Administer vaccinations and manage the company's medical supply inventory.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on health-related issues.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training to stay updated with the latest healthcare practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Certification in First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid work permit and residency in Bali.
