📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit clients' locations to collect payments and resolve any issues.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure they understand their financial obligations.
• Update client records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
• Identify and report any potential fraud or irregularities.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure that payments are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel and work in various locations.
