📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and deliver training programs to employees,Identify training needs and develop training materials,Conduct training sessions and workshops,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Provide feedback and support to employees,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with organizational goals,Maintain and update training records,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Knowledge of training software and tools,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Proficient in English and Indonesian,Certification in training and development (preferred)
