📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and contribute to a positive work environment.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer experience.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and implement new ideas to enhance the shopping experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Excellent knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer behavior.
