Identify and evaluate potential sites for acquisition,Conduct site visits and inspections,Negotiate with site owners and stakeholders,Prepare and present acquisition proposals,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth acquisition process,Monitor and manage site acquisition projects,Maintain and update site acquisition database,Provide regular reports and updates to management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field,Minimum 3 years of experience in site acquisition or real estate development,Strong negotiation and communication skills,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in Indonesian and English,Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations,Knowledge of GIS and property management software is a plus,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
