Salon Nanda Tea is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our salon, ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the salon, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.,Ensure that all services are delivered to the highest standards, adhering to company policies and procedures.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure consistent service quality.,Manage client relationships, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.,Monitor and report on salon performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with the salon owner to develop and implement business strategies and growth initiatives.,Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good condition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the beauty industry.,Strong understanding of salon management, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both staff and clients.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.,Proficiency in using salon management software and other relevant tools.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Passionate about the beauty industry and committed to delivering exceptional service to clients.
