📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the financial health and sustainability of the financial services division.,Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes to provide accurate and timely financial information.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's financial objectives.,Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.,Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide insights to senior management.,Work closely with the leadership team to ensure the financial performance of the division meets or exceeds targets.,Represent the division at external meetings and events, as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and HR, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and best practices.,Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies and processes.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as Workday or BambooHR.
