📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all aspects of the café run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage and develop a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support to help them grow professionally.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the café is a safe and pleasant environment for both staff and customers.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of food and beverages, ensuring that they meet our high standards.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and to increase sales and revenue.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the café are coordinated and integrated.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new ideas and initiatives to improve the café's performance.
  • Represent the café at industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships with other professionals in the field.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the café or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving business growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Familiarity with café operations, including food and beverage preparation, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
