📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and achieve company goals.,Monitor departmental budgets and expenses, ensuring that all financial targets are met.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that company-wide goals are achieved.,Attend and participate in company meetings and events, as required.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement them within the department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in business administration or a similar discipline.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.,Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on that data.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR management and labor laws is a plus.
