📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office records.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.,Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to maintain a well-organized workspace.,Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.,Provide general support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administrative Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support roles.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with project management tools and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
