📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to management and stakeholders.,Manage the sales team and provide coaching and mentoring.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the interior products industry.,Strong understanding of the interior products market and trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
