📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Promote Gree Electric Appliances products and services to potential customers through various marketing channels.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, and to develop effective sales strategies.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.,Organize and participate in sales promotions, events, and trade shows to increase brand awareness and sales.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales team and management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that sales and marketing goals are met.,Develop and implement sales training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of the sales team.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the sales team is always performing at their best.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales and marketing software and tools.,Knowledge of the East Java market and consumer behavior.,Ability to travel and work in different locations as required.
