📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.,Bahasa Indonesia and English language proficiency.
