📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Assist in planning and executing promotional events and sales.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of store improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail management software is a plus.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
