Bloom Port Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our port facilities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

We are looking for a professional who is detail-oriented, proactive, and has a strong understanding of port operations and logistics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing operations in a complex and fast-paced environment.

This is a hybrid role, offering the best of both worlds - the flexibility of working from home and the opportunity to be part of a vibrant, dynamic team in Bontang.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the port facilities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
  • Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the port or logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of port operations and logistics.
  • Proven track record of managing operations in a complex and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
