📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct HR activities such as onboarding, offboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
• Coordinate with local management to address site-specific HR needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records using SAP SuccessFactors.
• Support the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.
• Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a site or operational role.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in HR-related courses is a plus.
