Global Dairy is looking for a talented and passionate HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, benefits, and performance reviews.,Facilitate employee relations by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee benefits administration, including enrollment, renewal, and claims processing.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
