HR & General Affairs Manager - Manufacturing Industry

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training. Our ideal candidate is someone with a proven track record in HR and general affairs, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. You'll need to be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, able to build and maintain strong relationships with both employees and management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training.
• Oversee general affairs, including office administration, facility management, and compliance with company policies.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and management.
• Handle employee queries and grievances, ensuring a positive work environment.
• Coordinate with senior management to drive operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
• Manage office logistics, including procurement, maintenance, and security.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and General Affairs, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing large teams and driving operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
