📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and acquire new enterprise clients for the Fleet Card Program
• Design and implement high-impact marketing strategies to promote the Fleet Card Program
• Ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cutting-edge solutions
• Leverage Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics to drive business growth
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Monitor and analyze program performance to drive continuous improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or business development, preferably in the fuel and lubricants industry
• Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing enterprise clients
• Strong understanding of Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
