Sumber Dian Bakery is seeking a motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Kupang. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, along with excellent analytical and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and tax filings.,Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.,Monitor and control the company's financial performance and profitability.,Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity.,Oversee the implementation of internal controls and compliance with financial regulations.,Lead and mentor the finance team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a manufacturing or food industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and tax regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using accounting software and financial analysis tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax laws is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
