Asia Fitness Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Account Payable Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's payable accounts, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. If you have a strong background in finance and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.,Maintain and update the accounts payable ledger and related records.,Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely payment of invoices.,Monitor accounts payable aging and follow up on overdue payments.,Prepare and process bank payments, including checks and electronic transfers.,Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and reconciliations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all payable transactions.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.
