📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sales Counter Manager in managing the sales counter, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with inquiries, product information, and sales transactions.,Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.,Stock and organize products on the sales counter, ensuring a well-presented and accessible display.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and monthly sales targets.,Promote products and services to customers, highlighting features and benefits.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Assist in training and supporting new employees in customer service and sales techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales techniques and customer service best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.,Experience in the jewelry or fashion industry is a plus.
