IRIS Pratama is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Learning Development to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the learning and development strategies of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, with a passion for creating engaging and effective learning experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to support the organization's strategic goals.,Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of employees at all levels.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop solutions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Build and maintain strong relationships with employees to foster a culture of continuous learning.,Create and maintain learning and development materials, including manuals, guides, and training modules.,Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to inform learning and development decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant learning and development tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.
