📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our veterinary services.
• Schedule and manage appointments for clients and veterinarians.
• Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of client records and files.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized front office area.
• Assist in the promotion of our services through various marketing channels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or front office roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
