Bay Royal Sejahtera is looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our team in Blora. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and maintaining high levels of efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and a passion for driving operational excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high levels of productivity and morale.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.,Monitor warehouse safety and compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to develop and implement warehouse strategies and initiatives.,Ensure that all warehouse activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.,Ability to travel to different locations as required.
