📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement quality management systems in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of quality management systems to ensure continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Drive initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of the medical centre through the implementation of ISO 14001 standards.
• Provide training and support to staff on quality and sustainability best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the healthcare industry.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to quality and sustainability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, sustainability, or a related field.
• Certification in ISO 9001 or ISO 14001 is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and tools such as Lean Six Sigma.
• Proficient in using quality management software such as SAP QM or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
