📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist senior bakers in preparing dough, mixing ingredients, and shaping products.
• Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofing chambers.
• Monitor and maintain baking schedules to ensure products are baked to perfection.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of ingredients.
• Learn and implement new baking techniques and recipes.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support fellow team members.
• Assist in cleaning and maintaining the bakery equipment and workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a baking or culinary role.
• Familiarity with baking techniques and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and sanitation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new baking techniques and recipes.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian baking practices and products is a plus.
