📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct health assessments and screenings for adolescents, including physical examinations, blood pressure checks, and weight monitoring.
• Provide medical consultations and treatments for common adolescent health issues, such as acne, menstrual problems, and sexual health.
• Offer health education and guidance on topics such as nutrition, exercise, mental health, and substance abuse prevention.
• Administer vaccinations and manage the adolescent vaccination schedule, ensuring all required immunizations are up-to-date.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement health programs and initiatives tailored to the needs of adolescents in Bangka Belitung.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all adolescent patients, following HIPAA and other relevant privacy and security guidelines.
• Assist in the organization and coordination of health fairs, workshops, and other community health events aimed at promoting adolescent health and well-being.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in pediatric and adolescent health, attending relevant conferences, workshops, and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a nurse, preferably in a pediatric or adolescent healthcare setting.
• Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent, as required by Indonesian healthcare regulations.
• Strong knowledge of pediatric and adolescent health, including common diseases, conditions, and treatments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with adolescents and their families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems, such as SIRS or similar software.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
