📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide case management services to clients, including assessment, planning, and coordination of services.,Offer counseling and support to individuals and families facing social, emotional, or economic challenges.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, community partners, and other stakeholders.,Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.,Advocate for clients' rights and needs, both internally within the organization and externally with community partners.,Conduct outreach and engagement activities to raise awareness of our services and build community support.,Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and service provision.,Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in social work.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in social work, community support, or a related field.,Strong understanding of social work principles, practices, and ethical standards.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid and current professional registration with the relevant social work regulatory body.,Experience in working with diverse and vulnerable populations is a plus.
