📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with research ethics and regulatory requirements.,Provide guidance and support to research teams on ethical considerations and compliance issues.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of research activities to ensure adherence to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.,Monitor and manage risks associated with research activities, including data privacy, confidentiality, and integrity.,Collaborate with legal and regulatory affairs teams to ensure compliance with changing laws and regulations.,Provide training and education to research teams on research ethics and compliance issues.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of research activities and compliance efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare, law, or ethics.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in research ethics and compliance, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines, such as the Helsinki Declaration and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and manage risks associated with research activities.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines.
