Are you a detail-oriented professional looking to join a dynamic and fast-paced FMCG environment? GERMAN WATER and ENERGY GROUP (GWE) is seeking a Sales Administrator to support our sales team and ensure smooth operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and organization of sales materials, including product catalogs, brochures, and promotional items.,Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.,Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of orders and follow up on customer inquiries.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales events and trade shows.,Provide administrative support to the sales manager, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.,Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed to support sales activities.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role within the FMCG industry.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
