📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation packages.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documents.,Assist in training and development programs for employees.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with recruitment processes and employee relations.,Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
