📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement quality management systems in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of quality management systems to ensure continuous improvement.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Drive initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of the medical centre through the implementation of ISO 14001 standards.
Provide training and support to staff on quality and sustainability best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement plans.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the healthcare industry.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to quality and sustainability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, sustainability, or a related field.
Certification in ISO 9001 or ISO 14001 is a plus.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems and tools such as Lean Six Sigma.
Proficient in using quality management software such as SAP QM or similar.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
